Can I pick up my order?

As our orders are packed and sent directly from our suppliers we will not be able to offer Click & Collect except for dessert pickup orders. Your order will be delivered to your door on your selected delivery date.

I have placed two online orders, can you combine my orders?

Due to system limitations, we cannot combine your online orders.

What date does Pre-Order end?

The cut off date for Pre-orders is the 10th of December 2023 at MIDNIGHT. Under no circumstances will we be able to accept orders after this date. This is due to production and planning processes our facility needs to adhere to in order to have our X

I have missed the Pre-Order cutoff date, but I still need to purchase?

Our Victor Churchill Store in Woollahra Sydney & Armadale Melbourne are still open for any last-minute essentials.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You may cancel your pre-order before the 9th of December 2022. Once this date has passed, under no circumstance will we be able to cancel your order due to our production schedule.
