When will my pre-order arrive?Updated 6 months ago

Our delivery window for Pre-Orders is 16th-23rd of December 2024. 

You will be able to select a date between the 16th - 23rd of December, 2024 at the checkout, but this is dependant on your location deliverability.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed.

On the day your order is dispatched, you will receive a text message with your tracking link to be able to follow live tracking of your order. 

Please note that if you have ordered Victor Churchill Desserts, these will need to be picked up from your selected Victor Churchill Store.
